Ultra-luxury hospitality and residential development across 1,200 hectares on Mexico’s Costa Alegre.

The project includes a Six Senses hotel, branded residences, and non-branded ranchos. Aurum is structuring the project from the ground up: binding term sheet negotiations, investment vehicle design (transparent trusts, SPVs), legal and tax due diligence on land and assets, co-investment agreements with dilution mechanisms, production and negotiation of all hotel documents (HMA, TSA, RSMLA, RTLA), residential sales documentation, and full construction risk management.

An integrated hospitality, wellness, and wine destination spanning over 1,000 hectares in Mexico’s premier wine region.

The project includes two boutique hotels (155 keys combined), a state-of-the-art longevity and wellness center, and four distinct residential neighborhoods ranging from off-grid eco-villas to a wine village with a central plaza and retail. Aurum is involved in master plan definition, investment vehicle structuring, operator negotiations, and the project’s legal architecture. Co-developed with Zyman & Zyman.

80-unit residential project in the heart of the Hotel Corridor (Malecón) of San José del Cabo.

31,919 sq. meters of construction on a 19,589 sq. meter site, with 1- to 4-bedroom units including lock-off configurations and penthouses. Aurum is leading the selection and negotiation of the ultra-luxury hotel brand, legal and tax structuring of the investment vehicle, regulatory management, and production of all residential documents. Co-developed with Zyman & Zyman.

Beachfront ultra-luxury complex comprising two hotels and their respective branded residence programs.

Full-cycle involvement from project inception: legal architecture of the development, direct negotiation of hotel management and licensing contracts with both operators, design and implementation of the condominium regimes and residential suite programs, construction management, permitting, and litigation coordination. All litigation associated with the project was resolved in our favor.

Two prime hotel assets in the heart of Madrid.

Villa Magna—154 rooms on Paseo de la Castellana—was acquired in 2018, comprehensively renovated, rebranded as Rosewood’s first property in Spain, and reopened in 2021, featuring chef Jesús Sánchez’s Amos restaurant and Sense Spa. Hotel Bless, also in the Salamanca district, underwent a similar repositioning process. Both assets were sold in 2023. Full investment cycle: acquisition, renovation, branded operation, and divestiture.
